1 Tbs white pepper
1 Tbs black pepper
2 Tbs cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 C. worcestershire sauce
1 Tbs lemon juice
1 Tbs vegetable oil
6 (6-8 oz) chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine salt and white, black, and cayenne peppers. Cover
chicken with worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. Marinate for
30-40 minutes. Sprinkle with seasoning. Pour oil into a skillet
and heat until almost smoking. Sear chicken for 3-4 minutes on
each side. If using fish sear for 2 minutes per side.
