1/2 C. honey
2 gallons apple juice
2 gallons apple cider
2 C. brow sugar
2 bottles of Everclear liquor
1/2 bottle 99 Apples
1/2 bottle Cointreau
16 cinnamon sticks
1 large orange with whole cloves stuck in it

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except the alcohol. SImmer for 2
hours. Let cool completely then add the Everclear. Strain
through a cheese cloth to remove all the sediment and to help
prevent cloudiness. Bottle and seal. Let sit for at least 1 month
before drinking.
