1 box Twinkies (10)
1 12 oz pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
5 T. sugar
5 T. water
5 eggs, separated
whipped topping
nuts to sprinkle on top
Directions:
Directions:
Line a buttered 9x13 inch pan with Twinkies, cream side up. Melt in microwave or double boiler the chocolate chips, sugar and water. Add egg yolks, one at a time, and beat after each. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into chocolate chip mixture. Spread over Twinkies. Frost cake with whipped topping and sprinkle with nuts.
