1 lb. ground beef
1 c. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. Bisquick© baking mix
1 c. milk
2 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º. Grease 9" pie plate. Brown ground beef and onions until done; drain fat. Stir in salt. Spread in pie plate and sprinkle with cheese.
Stir Bisquick©, milk and eggs until blended. Pour over ground beef.
Bake about 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
