4 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can mushrooms, optional
1 package stuffing mix
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare chicken (either bake or boil) and cut up into bite-sized pieces. Prepare stuffing and set aside. Place chicken and mushrooms on bottom of greased 2-quart baking dish. Mix soup and sour cream and spread over chicken. Spread stuffing over top. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
