1 lb. turkey sausage with Italian seasoning
2 ounces fresh bread crumbs
1 whole egg
2 ounces Parmesan cheese
2 T. fresh parsley
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
salt and pepper
3 ounces raisins
4 ounces flour
4 eggs
vegetable oil
Directions:
Directions:
Mix the turkey, bread crumbs, egg, cheese, parsley, red pepper, salt, pepper, and raisins together. Shape into meatballs.

Beat the 4 eggs and then put the bread crumbs, flour, and eggs in separate bowls. Roll meatballs in flour, then dip in eggs, and then in bread crumbs. Fry in oil.
