2 T. low fat buttermilk
1 T. low salt blackening seasoning
1 1/2 lb. catfish fillets
1 T. butter
1 cup chopped green onions
1 cup sliced onions
1/2 cup parsley
1 lb. shrimp
1/2 cup Alfredo sauce
1 T. fat free chicken broth
2 T. grated Parmesan cheese
5 1/2 cups rice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cut fish into 1/2 inch strips. Toss catfish in first 2 ingredients. Heat skillet, add spray, add catfish, cook. Melt butter in pan over medium heat. Add onions, parley, and saute. Add shrimp. Spoon sauce over shrimp and catfish and sprinkle with cheese.
