Glazed Chicken Wings

3 pounds chicken wings (about 15)
2/3 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup honey
2 Tbls vegetable oil
2 teas five spice powder ( I use 1 )
2 cloves garlic crushed ( I use powder or salt if I don't have garlic)

Directions:
Cut each chicken wing at joints to make three pieces; discard tips or save for use in making stock. Place chicken wings in shallow glass or plastic dish. ( Can use large baggies) Mix remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken. Cover and refrigerate, turning chicken occasionally, at least 1 hour. ( in baggies, I turn and mix)
Arrange chicken on rack in foil-lined broiler pan;(I use foil lined cookie sheet) reserve marinade. Brush chicken with reserved marinade. Cook in 375 oven 30 minutes. Turn chicken and cook, brushing occasionally with marinade, until done, about 30 min.
Do ahead tip:
After cooking, chicken wings can be covered and refrigerated no longer then 24 hours. Heat uncovered in 375 oven until hot, about 15 min.
