"The tradition of Italian cooking is that of the matriarch. This is the cooking of grandma. She didn't waste time thinking too much about the celery. She got the best celery she could and then she dealt with it."--Mario Batali

1 t. salt
1/4 t. poultry seasoning
1/8 t. pepper
3 c. chicken broth
3 c. cubed cooked chicken
1 10oz pkg frozen peas and carrots

Take pie crust and cut into 1" strips, laying across the top. Take smaller ends and lay them end to end in the pan.
Bake at 400 for 10-15 minutes. (or whatever temperature your crust recommends for baking, when done it will be lightly browned and bubbly)
