1-1/2 cup white sugar
6 tablespoon milk
6 tablespoon butter
1 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Boil sugar, milk and butter 30 seconds. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips to melt. Immediately spread hot frosting on brownies or cake.
