Boil until mushy and strain:
8 C. Rhubarb, cleaned and cut-up
8 C. Water

Add:
3 C. Sugar
1 - 3 oz. package of strawberry Jell-oŠ
1/3 C. Lemon juice




Directions:
Directions:
Stir until gelatin is dissolved and freeze in airtight container. When ready to serve, allow to sit out for 10 minutes to soften. Scoop out with an ice cream scoop and serve with equal amounts of lemon-lime pop.
