1 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons margarine
1 egg, beaten with 2 tablespoons milk
3 cups rhubarb, diced
1 package strawberry jello

TOPPING:
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup margarine
Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, margarine and egg mixture. Pat into bottom and side of a 9x13-inch pan. Top with rhubarb. Sprinkle with strawberry jello. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over rhubarb. Bake at 350º for 40-45 minutes.
