1 C Butter
2 C Brown Sugar, packed
1/2 C light or dark corn syrup
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
6 Qt. popped pop corn

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, stir in sugar then corn syrup & salt
Bring to a boil stirring constantly then boil without stirring for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in soda and vanilla.
Divide pop corn into 2 roasters.
Gradually pour syrup mixture over pop corn and mix well.
Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour. Stir every 15 min.
