1 cup Crisco
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup oil
1 egg
2 teaspoon vanilla
3-1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 cup quick oats
1 cup coconut
1 cup Rice Krispies
Directions:
Directions:
Cream Crisco, brown sugar and white sugar. Add egg and oil; beat well. Add vanilla. Sift together flour, salt, cream of tartar and baking soda; add this to creamed mixture. Add coconut, oatmeal and Rice Krispies. Mix well and drop onto cookie sheet by teaspoon. Bake 12-15 minutes at 350 º.
