6 or 7 cans of whole green beans drained
1 lb. bacon
1 stick of butter or oleo
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 tsp. garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cut Bacon slices into halves or thirds, depending on length of bacon. Wrap 8 to 10 whole beans on bacon and roll bacon around beans. Place bean wraps (end sliced side down) on greased cookie sheet close together. Continue wrapping until all beans are gone. Melt butter and add enough brown sugar to make a thick paste and then add garlic salt. Spoon 1 Tbsp. of brown sugar mixture over each bundle of beans. This can be done the day before, if you choose, and place in refrigerator. Cover with foil and bake for half of cooking time, then remove for the remaining half. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes total
