2 - 16oz Cans Shoe Peg Corn
1 - lb Monterey Jack Cheese
1 - pt. Sour Cream
1 - Small Can Chilil Peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Drain Corn, grate cheese, drain and chop chili peppers. Combine corn, sour cream, peppers, and half of grated cheese, mix well. Cover and bake at 350º for 1 hour.
