1 lb. hamburger
1 pkg. crescent rolls
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 small onion
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Mushrooms and/or green peppers (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger, drain. Preheat oven to 375º. Unroll crescent rolls to form long rectangle. Place on cookie sheet. Mix all ingredients, NOT including cheese. Pour mixture down center of crescent roll rectangle, pull up edges to form cylinder. Save one mixture to use later. Bake 15 minutes or until light brown. Remove from oven. Pour remaining mixture on top. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake an additional 5 minutes
