1 can whole kernel corn, drained
2 cans (4 oz. each) chopped green chilies
1/2 cup chopped sweet red pepper
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack
2 T. chopped jalapeño
1 cup mayo
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
2 T. sliced ripe olives
Tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine corn, chilies, red pepper, Monterey and jalapeño. Stir in mayo, and Parmesan. Transfer to ungreased 2 quart baking dish. Cover and bake 350º for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with olives. Serve with tortilla chips.
