18 cups corn, cut off the cob
1 pint half and half cream
1 pound butter

Directions:

Mix in large baking pan and bake for 1 hour at 350º. Stir every 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from oven, cool, package and freeze. To serve, heat with a little milk or half and half. Add salt and pepper to taste.
