6 Pork Chops
salt & pepper to taste
1 tblsp veg oil or Pam spray
1 tblsp Worcestershire sauce
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
3/4 Cup water
1 tblsp brown sugar
6 thin slices lemon (optional)
6 tblsp chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle chops with salt & pepper. Brown in oil in skillet. Pour off excess fat. Add water, tomato sauce, Worcestershire, brown sugar. Stir, cover & simmer apprx 45 minutes. Twist lemon slices (if using) and add to gravy. Sprinkle with parsley. Simmer uncovered for 15 minutes. Baste chops occasionally.
