1 T. Yeast
1 c. warm water
¾ c. evaporated milk
1 ½ t. salt
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
5 c. flour
1 c butter cold

Directions:
Directions:
Soften yeast in water, and then add milk, salt, sugar, egg, and 1 c. of flour. Stir in melted butter & set aside. Cut cold butter into remaining flour with fork. Pour yeast mixture over flour and butter mixture. Stir carefully until moist. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours. After chilling, knead slightly and divide dough into thirds. Roll into circles and cut into 12 wedges each. Roll up with wide end and place on greased cookie sheet with the end on the bottom. Let rise for 3 hours, then bake @ 350 for 15-20 minutes.
