1 pound ground beef
1 cup beef broth
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 egg
1 medium onion
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 can pineapple chunks, drained, reserve liquid
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
1 green pepper, cut in chunks
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Mix beef with egg, onion, and bread crumbs (add more bread crumbs if needed). Form into balls. Add oil to a skillet, brown meatballs. Add broth, vinegar, soy sauce, and reserved pineapple liquid blended with brown sugar and cornstarch. Stir until sauce is slightly thickened. Add pineapple and green pepper. Simmer covered for 10 minutes. Serve with rice.
