2 cups of sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 eggs
1/2 cup cream
1 can (20 ounces ) chunk pineapple
1 quart fresh bread cubes (10 slices)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix sugar and butter. Add eggs, stirring well
2. Stir in cream and pineapple with juice
3. Fold in bread cubes and pour into greased 9 x 12 inch glass baking dish
4. Bake at 325º temperature for 40 minutes
