2 whole chickens
2 T. Tony Cacheres Creole Seasoning
2 Stalks Celery (halved)
1 Onion (quartered)
2 T. Garlic Powder
2 T. Onion Powder
Beer

Directions:
Directions:
Drink 2 cans of your favorite canned beer, to just 1/2. Add celery, onions, garlic powder and onion powder to can. Wash and dry chickens. Sprinkle cavity and outside of chicken with Tony Cacheres seasoning. (or your favorite grill seasoning). Stand chickens on grill with beer cans in cavity, grill for 1 1/2 hours and enjoy.
