3 cups Flour
6 Eggs
2 sticks Butter
3/4 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Almond Flavoring
3 cups Sugar
1/2 cup Shortening
1 cup Buttermilk
1 tsp Vanilla Flavoring
Yellow Food Coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Blend the Shortening and Butter until creamy. Gradually add sugar. Then beat in the eggs one at a time. Sift together Flour and Baking Powder. Add Flour Mixture to this alternating with Buttermilk. Finally add your flavoring and about 3 drops Yellow Food Coloring. Pour mixture into a greased and Floured bundt pan. Place in a Cold Oven baking at 350º for about 1 and 1/2 hours... until done.
