1 1/2 pounds hamburger
1 pound carrots (peeled and cut in half)
5 - 6 potatoes (peeled and quartered)
1 stick butter
1 large onion (peeled and quartered)

Directions:
Directions:
Patty up 4 hamburgers. Make 2 tin foil pouches. Place 2 patties in each pack, add onions, carrots and potatoes. Put 4 pats of butter in each pack. Salt and pepper each. Double wrap foil and grill for approximately 1 hour flipping every 15 minutes.
