1 box yellow cake mix
1 3-oz box red jello
4 cups rhubarb, cut into small pieces
1-1/4 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake mix as directed on box. Combine rhubarb and sugar and let set while mixing cake. Put cake batter in a greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle a 3-oz box of red jello (dry) on top. Then spoon rhubarb on top. Bake at 350º for 40-45 minutes. Best to use a glass cake pan.
