2 slices of day old bread, cut into small cubes
1 egg
1 tblsp. dried parsley flakes
1 tblsp.lemon juice
1 tblsp. mayonaise
2 tsp. worchester sauce
1/2 tsp. black pepper
3 cans (6 ozs.) crabmeat (drained)
2 tblsp. vegetable oil

In a large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients & mix well. Add the crab; mix gently. Form mixture into eight balls; flatten slightly. Fry in the vegetable oil until golden brown on each side.
