3 cups allpurpose flour
2 cups sugar (or splenda)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp.cinnamon
3 eggs
2 cups mashed bananas
1 1/2 cups olive oil
1 8oz. unsweeten pineapple
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped walnuts
In a large mixing bowl combine first 5 ingredients, add eggs, bananas, oil, pineapple, & vanilla. Beat until well mixed. Stir in walnuts. Pour into a tube baking pan & bake @ 350 degrees for one hour or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Sprinkle top with powdered sugar or eat plain
