Ingredients:  
1 box Betty Crocker yellow cake mix with pudding
3 cups Ricotta cheese
3/4 sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake as directed
Pour into a greased 9 X 13 pan
Mix remaining ingredients(Ricotta cheese, sugar, vanilla, and eggs) and gently spoon over top of cake batter. While baking the cheese mixture will settle to the bottom of the pan.
Bake at 350)º for 1 hour.
Cool
Dust with powdered sugar or spread a can of blueberry( or any kind) pie filling over top of cake.

For a sugar-free recipe:
Use the Pillsbury reduced sugar cake mix, and splenda instead of sugar. After pouring the cake mix into the pan, pour the cheese mixture, and then fold the two together (the cheese mixture does not settle to the bottom when Splenda is used).
