FIRST LAYER:
1/2 cup soft butter
1/4 cup sugar
5 tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
2 cups graham crackers crumbs
1 cup coconut
1/2 cup chopped nuts

SECOND LAYER:
1/4 cup soft butter
2 cups powdered sugar
3 tablespoons vanilla pudding

THIRD LAYER:
6-oz package chocolate chips
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons water

Directions:
Directions:
FIRST LAYER: Mix together butter, sugar, cocoa, vanilla and egg and place in double boiler. Cook until custard consistency, remove from heat. Add graham cracker crumbs, coconut and chopped nuts. Mix and pack in greased 9x9 pan.

SECOND LAYER: Mix ingredients and spread over first layer. Set in refrigerator at least 15 minutes to set up.

THIRD LAYER: Melt chocolate chips, butter and water in double boiler. Spread over second layer and let set up before cutting into squares.
