1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 T. red wine vinegar
1 T. honey
2 t. sesame seeds
2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 t. grated fresh ginger
1/4 t. salt
3/4 t. Tabasco Sauce
3 cups fresh broccoli flowerettes, stems thinly sliced
2 cups cooked chicken, cut into strips
1/2 lb. bowtie pasta, cooked and drained
1 red (or green) pepper, cut into strips
1/4 lb. snow peas, washed
2 green onions, cut into one inch pieces

In large bowl combine oil, vinegar, honey, sesame seeds, garlic, Tabasco, ginger and salt. Mix well. Add broccoli, chicken, pasta, red pepper, snow peas and onions. Toss to coat. Cover and chill. Serve with additional Tabasco.

I have used a 10 ounce box of snow peas instead of fresh, but I do think it is important to use the fresh broccoli.
