4 eggs, beaten
3 cups peeled, grated zucchini
½ cup Parmesan cheese
¼ cup oil
1/3 to ½ cup milk
¾ cup Bisquick
Salt and pepper to taste
Sprinkle of onion salt
Mild cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese

Spray a 9 inch pie plate with cooking spray. Add all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Insert a knife to make sure it is cooked through.
