2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oatmeal
1 c. caramel or butterscotch ice cream topping.
4 T. flour
1 c. milk chocolate chips

1. Mix ingredients together. Press 1 c. of mixture in bottom of a 9x13 pan. Bake for 10 min. (no longer) at 350.

2. Filling: Mix together topping and flour till well blended. Pour mixture over baked crust. Sprinkle 1 cup milk chocolate chips over the top.

3. Cover with remaining crust and bake at 350 for 12-15 min. Let cool before cutting.
