2 T. Dijon mustard
3/4 cup olive oil
3 t. lemon juice
5 t. white vinegar
1/4 t. pressed garlic
1/4 t. salad herbs
1/8 t. tarragon
1/4 t. salt
pinch of sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients. Stir and toss with salad of mixed greens, radishes, carrot curls, cucumber slices, green pepper strips. Makes 1 cup.
