3/4 cup margarine
1 cup brown sugar
1-3/4 cup flour
1-1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
FILLING:
1 6-oz package chocolate chips
1 6-oz package butterscotch chips
1 14-oz can sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons margarine
1 cup nuts (chopped)
2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream brown sugar and 3/4 cup margarine. Add flour, oatmeal, salt, soda and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Mix well. Reserve 1 cup mixture. Pat rest into 9x13 inch greased pan. Melt chips, milk and margarine until smooth in top of double boiler. Add nuts and 2 teaspoons vanilla and pour over crust. Sprinkle and crumble remaining cup of crumbs over top and bake at 350º for 25 minutes.
