1/2 cup sugar
2 Tbsp butter or shortening
1/2 cup milk
1 cup flour
salt
1 tsp baking powder

Sauce:
1 cup coconut
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Make a soft dough of first six ingredients and sauce of next three ingredients. Put dough in greased 8x8 pan and pour on sauce on dough. Bake to a golden brown at 350'F for approx 25 minutes.
