BROWNIES:
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 cup flour
16 oz can Hershey's Chocolate syrup
1 stick butter
FILLING:
8 tablespoons margarine
4 cups powdered sugar
4 tablespoons milk
2 teaspoons peppermint flavorings
15 drops green food coloring
GLAZE:
8 tablespoons margarine
12 oz package chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare brownie batter by mixing together first 5 ingredients. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan and bake at 350º for 35 minutes. Refrigerate for 10 minutes. Prepare filling by mixing together next 5 ingredients. Spread over brownies. Refrigerate 20 minutes longer. Melt together margarine and chocolate chips. Spread over filling.
Keep refrigerated.
