3 T butter
1 med size onion finely chopped (1/2 cup)
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp leaf thyme, crumbled
1/3 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a large skillet, add chopped onion and garlic. Cook slowly over low heat until soft but not brown. Add bread crumbs, parsley, salt and thyme, add water and mix gently until all ingredients are blended.
