2 cups uncooked rice
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup oleo
1 cup chopped parsley
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 cup chopped green onions
2 cloves garlic
1 lb grated cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice. Mix while hot with all other ingredients. Place in oiled casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30-45 minutes. One cup of crab meat may be added to make a main dish.
