6 hard boiled eggs
1 med size onion finely chopped
1 pint Hellman mayonnaise
1 bottle Heinz chili sauce
1 jar pimento's chopped
1 bunch green onions chopped
6 cloves garlic finely chopped
1/2 cup celery finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Chop hard boiled eggs, onion, garlic, celery and green onions in food chopper or processor. Mix mayonnaise and chili sauce in bowl. Add chopped eggs and veggies and mix. Add jar of chopped pimento's. Mix well. Place in quart jar or covered bowl and chill.

Momma made this dressing every year for holidays and special occasions. Its great served on lettuce wedges or used as a dip for raw veggies.
