1 box ice cream sandwiches (10 - 12 sandwiches)
12 oz. Cool Whip

3 - 4 Tbsp. hot fudge ice cream topping in jar, warmed
3 - 4 Tbsp. caramel ice cream topping in jar, warmed
2 Butterfinger candy bars

Arrange ice cream sandwiches in bottom of a
9 x 13 inch pan.

Spread the Cool Whip on top of the sandwiches. Drizzle the warmed hot fudge and caramel topping on top of the Cool Whip.

Top with crumbled Butterfinger bars. Cover and freeze until time to serve.

Let soften at room temperature for about 20 minutes before cutting into squares.


This is an easy recipe and is a favorite of our grandchildren. It can be made far in advance.
