wash one potato, punch with a fork and microwave for 4 minutes. Peel the potato and put in small bowl. Then you add a lot of sugar and butter and put some marshmallows on it. Put the bowl back in microwave for 2 minutes and it is ready to eatŠ

I created this dish but I learned the speed of cooking from my older sister Evelyn. During this 6 minutes you can fry a steak, set the table, prepare your next dish for the microwave and you are ready to eat. 8-10 minutes total. I am of the opinion that if you simply eat something close to you, then it does not matter because you are no longer hungry
