Crust Option #1
1 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup Chopped Nuts
1 Stick Butter

Crust Option #2
1 1/3 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/2 Stick Margarine

Mixture #1
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
8 oz Cream Cheese
1 Cup Cool Whip

Mixture #2
1 Large Box Chocolate Instant Pudding
2 2/3 Cup Cold Milk
1 Cup Chopped Nuts

Choose Crust Mixture 1 or 2
Crust #1: Let butter soften to room tempriture. Cut in flour; add nuts. Mixture will be very crumbly. Spread into 13x9" baking dish. Bake on 350 for 15 min. cool

Crust #2: Mix and pat into bottom of pan.

Then layer mixture 1 and 2 on top of crust.

Mixture #1: Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese, and cool whip together and spread on crust.

Mixture #2: Mix together box of pudding mix and milk and poor on top of cream cheese mixture.

Top with remaining cool whip and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
