1 lb lean ground sirloin or chuck
2 beaten egg yolks
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 cup chopped onions
1-1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a medium size bowl and mix well using hands. Pack in a bowl or pan, cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate.
