1/4 cup cocoa (or melt 2 1-oz squares unsweetened chocolate)
3 tablespoons cornstarch (or 6 tablespoon flour)
1/2 cup sugar
dash salt
1 cup cold milk
1-1/4 cup scalded milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cocoa, cornstarch, sugar, salt, and cold milk. Gradually add mixture to the scalded milk. Cook over medium heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring frequently. Add vanilla.
