1lb ground beef
1 can kidney beans
1 can of tomatoes
1 medium onion
1 green pepper chopped
Chili-O seasoning or
add cumin and chili powder in a fairly large quantity

Directions:
Directions:
Cook 1 lb ground beef in one skillet; drain. Cook onions and green peppers in a large sauce pan. Add the ground beef, a can of kidney beans and a can of tomatoes. She used Chili-O seasoning when she could get it, but you can add cumin and chili powder in a fairly large quantity. Cook this on top of the stove for about an hour.

I cut this recipe down to a manageable amount ages ago. Mom used to make it with 5 lbs of ground beef.
