1 regular size bottle ketchup
1 bottle chili sauce

A couple T’s Worcestershire sauce (to taste)

Directions:
Not too many places outside Pittsburgh carry chipped-chopped ham. If you have a friendly butcher at your deli counter, they may be able to chip a few pounds of chopped ham for you, but their arm will feel like it’s going to fall off. This is much thinner than shaved and rarely ends up in whole slices. This BBQ is best if it sets a day or so in the refrigerator.
