1 envelope gelatin
¼ c cold water
5 c cranberries
2 ½ c sugar
3 T grated orange rind
3 T chopped candied ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Soften gelatin in water and set aside. Wash cranberries and place in saucepan with sugar and ½ c water. Cover and cook 8-10 minutes or only until skins pop. Remove from heat and stir in orange rind, ginger and gelatin. Pour into 4 cup mold (rinsed in cold water). Chill.
