4 ˝ c flour
2 t baking soda
1 t salt
2 c Crisco (may use butter-flavored)
1 c sugar
1 box (1lb) dark brown sugar
2 t vanilla
4 eggs
1-2 bags (12 oz each) semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix Crisco, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in large bowl. Beat until creamy. Beat in eggs. Mix in baking soda and salt. Gradually add flour. Mix well. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes.
